This was the second installment of what has become an IWA-MS women's division trademark: the Six Way Elimination match. It took place on the second night of the yearly Ted Petty Invitational Tournament weekend, and included several of the top wrestlers in the division all in one matchup. Martinez, who won the IWA-MS Women's Title the previous evening, was not forced to put her title on the line in the match, but nonetheless had to prove her worth as new champion against five other tough athletes.
