This match starts out with Ares making an open challenge to anyone who wants to wrestle him for the title. However, he gets a surprise when none other than Mickie Knuckle comes out to accept the challenge. Ares better not underestimate someone like Mickie who is pretty infamous for being tough as nails if he whats to hold on to his title. (German commentary.)

Mickie Knuckles vs. Shadow

This is a short match. Knuckles Starts the match off by getting the crowd to start chanting Shadow is a pussy. Shadow does not take this well and attacks Knuckles from behind. Probably not a good idea for Shadow to tick off someone as hardcore as Knuckles who is known for her extremely bloody battles in IWA Mid-South. (German commentary.)

Michael Kovac vs. Roderick Strong

Roderick Strong from ROH takes on Michael Kovac from GSW. This was a solid technical match from GSW's Collision Course Show out of Germany. Kovac's cocky attitude might get him in trouble, especially since the crowd is clearly on Strong's side.

Mickie Knuckles vs. Ian Rotten

The final semi-final match of Gore Fest 2006 is between two of the most hardcore people in pro-wrestling today. Ian Rotten has to wrestle his protégé from IWA mid-south Mickie Knuckles. This match is sure to be a blood bath classic.

Stevie Douglas vs. Iceman

Time for a Chamber of Torture match. This match has Barbed wire, a mallet covered in tacks, cheese grater, and for that extra sting some table salt and lemon juice. Stevie Douglas comes out with an expression of terror, but he better get ready because Ice man comes out next looking ready for some hardcore action.

El Generico vs Emil Sitoci

This is a light heavyweight match between one of Mexico's finest El Generico and former WXW light heavyweight champion Emil Sitoci. This match from Germany's WXW has some great high flying spots and a lot of solid technical wrestling.

Cheerleader Melissa vs Payday Patterson vs Tengkwa

This was a threeway match up with Cheerleader Melissa against Payday Patterson and Tengkwa. Although Melissa and Tengkwa looked like they meant business, Patterson amusingly seemed to get confused a bit. Early on in the match, Payday goes in to kiss Melissa, but she in turn busts his nose open and fumbles around blood dripping down his face. This was a good entertaining match brought to you by wXw out of Germany.

Cheerleader Melissa vs Diego Latino

Although Cheerleader Melissa is a force to be reckoned with, this may be one of the few squash matches she has had against a male. It seems Diego Latino from Germany must not have known what he was getting himself into, looking to party with Melissa rather than wrestle. Melissa, not flattered in the slightest, proceeds to just kick his face in, exclaiming "Germany, this is all you have to offer?"

Ares vs. Nigel McGuiness
