Once again Kellie Skater is back to old antics of issuing an open challenge to anyone in the back. And as we all know the last one to answer that challenge has yet to come back to shimmer. This time however former Shimmer Champion, MsChif answers the challenge, will she get back on her winning ways or will Skater show there is no one tougher in Shimmer than her.
