Pro Wrestling Elite presents a match that took place in New Jersey between “Superstar” JD Michaels, accompanied by his main squeeze, April Hunter and Joe Hardway with his girl Cha-Cha.
Michaels is reminiscent of a young Shawn Michaels in not only his look, but the way he wrestles too. He seemed a bit more preoccupied with the audience during the opening minutes of the match than his opponent. That’s just what Hardway needed to gain an early advantage. He sent Michaels flying to the floor on a few occasions, but was dragged to the outside himself after a while. The two proceeded to battle on the floor and in the audience and Michaels even went as far as to slam him against the announcers table hit him in the head with one of the microphones.
Michaels continued to dish out the punishment in and out of the ring. Would Hardway be able to channel the energy and power of the fans’ support and make a comeback and pull out an upset victory or would the force of both Michaels and April Hunter prove to be too much for him and Cha-Cha?
