The time has come. It's the final match of the 2002 WXW Elite 8 women's tournament. It has come down to Tracy Brooks and Mercedes Martinez. Both have already wrestled multiple times earlier in the evening and must be feeling the effects from those matches and opponents.
Martinez quickly took the early advantage and really controlled the majority of the match. Brooks fought hard, but most of her efforts didn't have much of an effect on Martinez. At one point, while the referee was distracted an unidentified woman came into the ring and began to attack Brooks by laying a beating on her. Much to the crowd's surprise she avoided a double clothesline and gave both Martinez and the women a double DDT in the middle of the ring! With the match seemingly even, which of these two women would have the strength and ability to come away the tournament victor?
