All Pro Wrestling presents another championship title defense from the “Heart of Fire” Derek Sanders defending the crown this time by taking on AJ Kirsch. E.G.O. is already the APW Tag-Team Champions, but their manager Johnny LaRocca seems to think that they should hold and control all of the gold in APW.
While he’s certainly got the talent and the confidence a champion needs to have in the ring, some think Kirsch is a little too concerned with where the cameras are and how he looks as opposed on focusing on his opponent. Sanders is quite the opposite. He’s trained and worked hard to get to the level he is today. He’s bled and sweat in his efforts to hold onto the Universal Heavyweight Championship and so far it’s done him quite well. He knows how to get down to business in the ring and can certainly hang with the best of them.
Would this be a turning point in the careers of these in E.G.O. Enterprises? With the Universal Title in E.G.O.’s possession there’s no telling where they could go next, especially with a manager like LaRocca behind them. Would the love and support from the rabid Bakersfield fans be enough to propel Sanders to the top or would this be his last night as champion?
