Christopher Daniels, who would later be known as a TNA SuperStar, starts the night by coming to the ring and speaking his mind about the upcoming match, but clearly does not impress his opponent, Boyce Legrande.
Daniels started the match in full Zybszco stall mode. The beginning of the match had LeGrande working over Daniels arm with some nice moves, although it didn't lead anywhere. The main part of the match started after LeGrande hit a sweet tope-con-hilo, he then missed a lariat and toasted his arm on the guardrail. Daniels then spent the match working over the LeGrande's arm. LeGrande does take control again briefly hitting a rocking combo; swanton bomb from one corner into a moonsault from the other! This match is a toss-up, who will pull forward and win?
