Quarter-Final Round
This was the opening match of ChickFight III between Rain and the ChickFight II and Future Legend Champion Mariko Yoshida! Rain begins the match with a series of forearms and chops to Yoshida. These have little effect on the champion as she quickly answers back with a hard kick to the gut sending Rain down to the mat followed by more stomps. Yoshida continued to punish Rain throughout the match stretching her limb from limb. Watch out for Yoshida's single legged sit down Boston crab as well as her bow and arrow submission in which she bounces Rain's back on her knees while still holding onto her neck and legs. Yoshida is so fluid in the ring, it is a real treat to watch her wrestle.
