There may not be another name out there more synonymous with the business of professional wrestling than Bret Hart's, and it is our extreme pleasure to have him as a guest on OWW Radio.
Coming from a legendary family in wrestling, Bret Hart worked his way up from a young man plying his trade in Calgary, to the top of the wrestling world before retiring at the age of 43.
From his beginnings in his father Stu Hart's promotion in Canada, the Stampede Wrestling promotion, to his time as champion in both the World Wrestling Federation and World Championship Wrestling, Bret Hart has been a pioneering Champion and entertainer in the business of professional wrestling.
A former 5 time WWF World Champion, 2 Time WWF Intercontinental Champion, 2 Time WWF Tag Team Champion, 1991 & 1993 King of the Ring, 1994 Royal Rumble winner, 2 Time WCW World Champion, 4 Time WCW United States Champion, co-holder of the WCW Tag Team Titles, and 6 Time Stampede North American Champion.
Not to mention the awards he has garnered in the business. Bret Hart is a 2003 PWI Stanley Watson Award Winner, 1996 Wrestling Observer Newsletter Hall of Famer, Stampede Wrestling Hall of Famer, OWW Hall of Famer, and 2006 WWE Hall of Famer.
There isn't much in the business of professional wrestling that Bret Hart hasn't accomplished.
It will truly be an honor to have this legend on OWW Radio.
To hear him reminisce about his time in the business and the experiences he's had, will be very special treat for the OWW Radio staff as well as all of it's listeners.
