IWA Mid South presents a classic match from deep in the archives. This was a 3 way dance for the IWA Heavyweight Championship from back in 2001. IWA champ, Chris Hero faces a tough challenge from both Cash Flo and one half of the most violent tag team in ECW, Ian Rotten.
Fans were eager to see this match and were clearly pulling for Hero to retain. The flowered him with Hawaiian lays and even put a Hawaiian shirt on him as he came out to the ring. As the match began, Hero spent the early minutes on the outside letting Rotten and Cash Flo wrestle each other and tire out. Eventually, Rotten called Hero into the ring and raised both his arms to challenge both men to a challenge of strength. Once all three hands are locked head butts begin to fly as Rotten nails Cash Flo, then Cash Flo nails Hero with a head butt, Hero on Rotten and around they continue to go. At one point Cash Flo actually opens up an old cut on Rotten.
There were some pretty innovative 3 way moves and holds including all three men holding eachother’s heads in kervat head locks, double pins, and even a double abdominal stretch. This hard hitting match went almost 30 minutes and had the crowd going nuts. Would Hero leave the arena with the IWA strap still around his waist or would Cash Flo or Ian Rotten have other plans that night?
*WARNING: Match contains some adult language and brief female nudity*
