Earlier in the night, it was announced that this would be a falls-count-anywhere match and the winner would become the number one contender for the newly created ChickFight Transatlantic Champion. The winner would travel to London to fight their number one contender at ChickFight 8. Cheerleader Melissa and Sara DelRay have had a long time rivalry and are no strangers to each other. Melissa and Danger have had some recent brutal bouts as well. The unknown in this match was the relationship between DelRay and Danger. Would they team up on Melissa since they are currently wrestling as a tag-team or would they fight for the chance at ChickFight gold?
