This is a SHIMMER Tag Title Match! "The Canadian Ninjas" are hot off their win recently being crowned the first SHIMMER Tag Team Champions. In their first title defense, they face the team of Ashley Lane and Nevaeh. Will "The Canadian Ninjas" be successful in their first title defense, or will we see new SHIMMER Tag Team Champions crowned?!

In this Shimmer tag team contest, The International Home Wrecking Crew are back with Rain and Jetta battling against Ashley Lane and Nevaeh.
Lane and Nevaeh scored a victory at the last Shimmer taping over the Home Wrecking Crew duo of Rain and Lacey, but with Jetta as a replacement in this match, will the outcome turn in their favor? Or will Lane and Nevaeh prove that the first match up wasn't a fluke win?

This is the opening match from Shimmer volume 19 and was a Royal Rumble-style match with thirty second intervals between entrances and every woman wrestling on the tapings participating. It was announced that the winner would be receiving a title shot in the Volume 19 main event. Normally I'm not a huge fan of battles royale, but with the thirty second intervals things were moving at such a rapid pace that it didn't have time to get boring. There was a scary elimination early, as Serena Deeb went over the top at a bad angle and seemingly landed on the ring steps.

Lacey & Rain were wearing their "silicon free" shirts as they were accompanied to the ring by their British doppelganger, Jetta.

This trio of flesh really has a good time teasing the fans during their extended entrance. Ashley Lane & Neveah are a couple of Ohio-based tiny blonds who could be the stars of any young man's dreams. The Home-wreckers could easily eat these two little girls alive, but Ashley and Neveah obviously have a lot to prove!
